Typically indistinguishable from fibroadenomas on imaging but may see hyperechoic area representing fat from milk
Regress spontaneously after pregnancy/lactation
Painful firm mass suggests infarction (5%)
Bromocriptine can be used to decrease size
No increased risk of malignancy
