DYSTROPHIC CALCIFICATIONS
- Seen with fat necrosis
- Progressive over the years
- Develop after surgery, radiation or trauma
- Mammo: Can see large dense calcifications or peripheral calcifications with a stippled curvilinear appearance
- Important to differentiate from recurrent malignancy
