PSEUDOANGIOMATOUS STROMAL HYPERPLASIA

  • Benign stromal overgrowth; possibly hormonally-driven
  • Women of reproductive age
  • Mammo: Circumscribed mass or focal asymmetry without calcifications
  • US: Hypoechoic or slightly heterogeneous mass
  • Can grow over time; NOT associated with malignancy
