PSEUDOANGIOMATOUS STROMAL HYPERPLASIA

  • Benign stromal overgrowth; possibly hormonally-driven​
  • Women of reproductive age​
  • Mammo: Circumscribed mass or focal asymmetry without calcifications​
  • US: Hypoechoic or slightly heterogeneous mass​
  • Can grow over time; NOT associated with malignancy
