47 y/o F presents for high-risk screening MRI. What is the most likely diagnosis of the finding?


  • T1 and T2 weighted images show dilated increased signal intensity branching ducts converging towards the nipple without an overlying mass
  • Hyperintense signals are due to thick proteinaceous fluid or blood
  • Subtraction and MIP images show no true ductal enhancement
