  • MRI important for staging and determining extent
  • T1 isointense to parenchyma
  • T2 isointense to hypointense to parenchyma
  • Post-contrast imaging may show an irregular or spiculated lesion
  • Washout or plateau kineticsĀ 
  • May see dilated veins draining the tumor
