51 y/o F presents for high-risk screening MRI. What finding is indicated?
INTRAMAMMARY LYMPH NODE (NORMAL)
- Ovoid or reniform shape with circumscribed margins
- Normal size <1cm
- Hilar fat present
- Usually adjacent to a vein
- Typically T2 hyperintense on MRI
- May show suspicious findings on kinetic curve assessment (washout)
