  • Rare familial hamartomatous malformation
  • Multiple intradermal oil cysts
  • Palpable, mobile and contain oily liquid and small amounts of keratinous material
  • Mammo: SubQ small round masses with circumscribed margins, central fat density and peripheral rim
  • US: Oval hypoechoic masses within the skin with posterior acoustic enhancement
