  • Noncaseating, nonvasculitic inflammatory disease of unknown origin
  • Association with Corynebacterium
  • Affects young women within 6 years of pregnancy
  • Painful, palpable mass; can have tracts to the skin surface
  • US: Mass-like tubular hypoechoic structures
  • Tx: Steroids (1st line); surgical excision considered if persistent or recurrent
