  • Age of presentation: 40-60
  • Large, rapidly-growing mass
  • Round or cleft-like cystic spaces
  • Leaf-like architecture and friable on pathology
  • Tx: wide local excision (1cm margin, can locally recur)
  • Metastasis hematogenous route
