MALIGNANT PHYLLODES TUMOR
- Age of presentation: 40-60
- Large, rapidly-growing mass
- Round or cleft-like cystic spaces
- Leaf-like architecture and friable on pathology
- Tx: wide local excision (1cm margin, can locally recur)
- Metastasis hematogenous route
