SECRETORY/ROD-LIKE CALCIFICATIONS
- “Dashes but no dots” or “Cigar-shaped with a lucent center”
- Indicates duct ectasia/involution
- Older females (10-20 years after menopause)
- Typically bilateral but can be seen in unilaterally
