44 y/o F with presents with a left breast palpable area. What is the most likely diagnosis?

GRANULAR CELL TUMOR
Uncommon, usually benign with neural origin
Aka
Abrikossoff’s
tumor
Most are benign, 1% malignant
Younger age of presentation (pre-menopausal)
Can mimic breast cancer clinically (fibrous, hard) and in imaging features
Tx: Wide local surgical excision to prevent recurrence
