29 y/o F postpartum female presents with an enlarging palpable lump. What is the most likely diagnosis?
- Typically indistinguishable from fibroadenomas on imaging but may see hyperechoic area representing fat from milk
- Regress spontaneously after pregnancy/lactation
- Painful firm mass suggests infarction (5%)
- Bromocriptine can be used to decrease size
- No increased risk of malignancy
